The upcoming general meeting of FACC AG on July 1, 2021 will be in accordance with Section 1 (1) of the COVID-19 Law as well as the ordinance of the Federal Minister of Justice for the detailed regulation of the conduct of corporate law meetings without physical presence of the participants and of resolutions in another way (COVID-19-Ordinance as a virtual general meeting without physical presence of the participants.
