With its integrated product portfolio, the new alliance within the AVIC Group covers almost 100 percent of all elements in an aircraft cabin. FACC is benefiting from new synergies and is able to expand its global footprint within the business units of the new holding company.

The new holding structure AVIC Cabin Systems Ltd. is uniting FACC (www.facc.com), AIM Altitude (www.aimaltitude.com), Thompson Aero Seating (www.thompsonaero.com), Jiatai (www.alijt.com.cn) and Fesher (www.fesher.net). This powerful alliance within the aerospace industry collectively offers profound Interior know-how as well as products which combine all elements of an aircraft cabin. 

FACC will continue to operate independently under the new alliance. However, the new partnership will open up new business opportunities in the Interiors market. In addition to FACC's extensive Interior product portfolio, it will be possible to offer complete aircraft cabin systems including on-board galleys and aircraft seats on the global market.

While FACC is the Group’s expert in the field of development and production as well as a long-standing and competent technology partner of aircraft manufacturers (OEM), other partners have direct business relationships with airlines. The range of different fields of expertise and the variety of networks open up new possibilities for AVIC Cabin Systems and FACC. The aim is to be able to offer complete solutions from a single source, from the entrance area through to the galley and the master cabin.

This applies to both the complete original equipment of aircraft and the retrofit, repair and service market, which is covered by FACC's new "Aftermarket Services" division.

The participating companies FACC, AIM Altitude, Thompson Aero Seating, Jiatai and Fesher operate production facilities on four continents: North America, Asia, Australia and Europe. A branch of the new AVIC Cabin Systems division will be located in London.
